is the designated anti-poverty agency for the communities of Salem, Peabody, Beverly and Danvers. In addition, we serve 25 cities and towns on the North Shore. Established in 1965 under the Economic Opportunity Act, NSCAP’s mission is to help low-income people empower themselves as they move towards self-sufficiency and to motivate the larger community to be more responsive to the needs of low-income people.

FORECLOSURE CLINICS

NSCAP to run clinics to help homeowners and tenants affected by foreclosure. Next clinics to be held August 12, September 9 and September 23, 2008 at 6 p.m. at NSCAP's Family Center at 75 Central St. in Peabody. Call (978) 531-0767 x 107 for information.
